If we believe further medical evaluation or investigations are needed, we will advise you accordingly.

If you have previous medical reports, MRI, X-rays or other relevant investigations, we recommend bringing them to your first visit. They can provide valuable additional information and help us build a more complete picture of your condition. However, you can still attend without any previous investigations, we will begin with a thorough assessment and determine whether anything further is needed.

We begin with a thorough assessment, taking the time to understand your symptoms, medical history and how your condition affects your everyday life. We then assess your movement, look beyond the symptoms to understand their underlying cause, and clearly explain our findings. Based on this assessment, we create an individual treatment plan, tailored to your condition and goals.

Every 60-minute treatment is tailored to your condition and individual needs. Depending on your assessment, a session may combine manual therapy, therapeutic massage, therapeutic exercise and physical therapy technologies. Our approach adapts to what your body needs at each stage, with a focus on reducing pain, restoring movement and achieving lasting results.

The number of sessions depends on your condition, its underlying cause and how your body responds to treatment. After a thorough initial assessment, we will give you a clear treatment plan and realistic expectations for your recovery. We focus on achieving lasting results, not on a predetermined number of sessions.
